Draft PRR/NPRR language in support of the Task Force recommendation to move the threshold for the distributed generation data submission requirement to 1MW and apply this to all DG, not just DRG.  Possible sections to discuss:

-          10.2.2

-          11.4.4.2

-          11.4.4.3

-         Retail Market Guides section 7.14

-          Load Profile decision tree may need updated

-         It was also brought up at the COPS meeting that there may be REC implications to DRG sites based on section 14.6 of the ERCOT Protocols
