The ERCOT Weatherization & Inspection team is hosting virtual come-and-go technical support sessions on Webex to assist Market Participants with questions about submitting Declaration of Weather Preparedness (DoWP) documents on the Weatherization & Inspection Market Participant Portal. Technical support sessions are scheduled for Friday, November 22, 2024, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. CST and Tuesday, November 26, 2024, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Market Participants may join anytime during the scheduled hours to receive help or guidance - no appointment is necessary.
