ERCOT offers multiple career development programs. Each program is designed to provide the enrolled candidates with a solid foundation of learning and hands-on experience to set them up for success as they step into the role of an Engineer, a System Operator, or a Grid and Market Solutions Developer.
ERCOT Internship Program
The ERCOT Internship Program gives high-performing college students the opportunity to develop their skills in a professional work environment. Interns receive intellectually stimulating projects and assignments that aim to solve real challenges facing the electric industry.
