Description: This CMGRR modifies language in Section 17, Competitive Metering Guide Change Control Process. Specifically this CMGRR: 1. Adds an Impact Analysis requirement to Competitive Metering Guide revision request process; 2. Outlines the process for withdrawing a CMGRR; 3. Outlines the process for RMS to reject a CMGRR; 4. Requires ERCOT Board approval of the Project Priority ranking assigned to CMGRRs; 5. Authorizes ERCOT staff to implement Administrative CMGRRs as directed by RMS; and 6. Outlines the process to Appeal of Decision.
Reason: This CMGRR will provide consistency with the Protocols and other Market Guides as well as simplify and clarify the process in Section 17.
