Requiring that a CMGRR associated with and ERCOT project be assigned to the œUnfunded Project Lis€? unless the project can be funded in the current ERCOT budget cycle based upon its priority and ranking; Providing specific guidelines for RMS to use when determining whether a CMGRR should be considered urgent; andProposing non-substantive changes for formatting, stylistic, and administrative change
