Description: This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) aligns the Operating Guides with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability Standard definition for Special Protection System (SPS) and for consistency uses Remedial Action Scheme (RAS) and Automatic Mitigation Plan (AMP) where applicable in place of SPS. This NOGRR also adds a RAS template to simplify submitting new and modified RASs.
