Description:	This NPRR implements posting requirements outlined in new P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.505, Resource Adequacy in the Electric Reliability of Texas Power Region.
Reason:	Compliance with PUCT Order in Project No. 31972, Rulemaking Concerning Resource Adequacy and Market Power in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas Power Region. This NPRR reflects only a first set of changes to implement the rule provisions adopted under P.U.C. Project No. 31972. Additional NPRRs will be proposed to implement other rule provisions resulting from P.U.C. Project No. 31972.
