Description:	This NPRR revises Sections 6.6, Settlements Calculations for the Real-Time Energy Operations, and 6.7, Real-Time Settlement Calculations for the Ancillary Services, to align them to the Requirements, Use Cases and Conceptual System Designs (CSDs).
Reason:	During ERCOT Staff in-depth analysis of the Requirements, Use Cases and CSDs it was discovered that these revisions were necessary.
