| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) proposes to change the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Revenue Distribution (CARD) allocation methodology from a peak 15-minute Settlement Interval to Load Ratio Share (LRS) based on Adjusted Metered Load (AML) totals for the entirety of each month, with parallel changes also proposed for the CRR Balancing Account (CRRBA) and certain Block Load Transfers (BLTs) for consistency and to simplify implementation. |
