| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) limits the Ancillary Service Market Clearing Prices for Capacity (MCPCs) to the effective SWCAP. This limitation will be achieved by reducing the Ancillary Service penalty factors used in Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Supplemental Ancillary Services Market (SASM) to values equal to or immediately below the SWCAP. |
