Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) adds clarifications to the variables that are used in settling McCamey flowgates. This NPRR proposes corrections to flowgate formulae and clarifying variables and subscripts. The NPRR also proposes revisions that streamline the OBLRACT and OPTRACT calculations, but maintain the intent of the original calculations. With this revision, less data is required from Market Management System (MMS) and a complicated calculation is avoided. This revision came about during interface discussions with MMS.
Reason: Clarifies and corrects methodology for McCamey flowgate allocation, McCamey flowgate settlements calculations, and simplifies the calculation of the OBLRACT and OPTRACT.
