Description:	This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies the definition of which "generator output breakers" are exempt in the Outage Scheduler.
Reason:	Depending upon the configuration of the substation could result in reliability issues when the breakers that control generating unit output are left open indefinitely, and not reported in Outage Scheduler.
