Description:	This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) provides clarifying language to indicate that only Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSE) may bid for Point-To-Point (PTP) Obligations in the Day-Ahead Market (DAM).
Reason:	This NPRR should reduce the risk of future disputes by ensuring a common understanding of QSE eligibility to bid for DAM PTP Obligations.
