Description:	This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) will add Provider of Last Resort (POLR) Customer class and the Advanced Metering System (AMS) meter flag to the database query function on the Market Information System (MIS).
Reason:	This NPRR will allow Market Participants to see the Provider of POLR Customer class and the AMS meter flag when querying Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) through the look-up function on the MIS.
