| Reason: | The reason for this revision is to synch the Nodal Protocols with the zonal Protocols. Zonal Protocols were revised to eliminate the weather responsiveness test on Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) with Advanced Meters. Performing the weather responsiveness test on Advanced Meters has a significant impact on ERCOT System processing times. |
