| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) clarifies the posting requirements for Transmission Loss Factors (TLFs). |
| Reason: | Per Section 13.2.4, TLFs are calculated for each of the four seasons and are posted to the Market Information System (MIS) Public Area prior to the start of the year. This NPRR aligns the Protocols with current practice by clarifying that ERCOT will post the seasonal TLFs for the next four seasons beginning with the Spring season. Additionally, since the cases used to calculate the TLFs are classified as Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) and therefore cannot be posted to the MIS Public Area due to restrictions, the provision requiring the inclusion of the monthly cases in the posting is deleted. The cases will continue to be posted on the Planning and Operations Information site. |
