To recommend approval of NPRR595 as recommended by PRS in the 10/9/14 PRS Report; and requested that ERCOT return to PRS and TAC with options of how to further prioritize NPRR626, NPRR568, Real-Time Reserve Price Adder Based on Operating Reserve Demand Curve (Phase 2), and NPRR595, without delay to the implementation of NPRR626.
To endorse and forward the 9/11/14 PRS Report as amended by the 10/3/14 EDF Trading comments and the Impact Analysis for NPRR595 to TAC with a recommended priority of 2014 and rank of 885.
This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) provides that Load Resources providing Responsive Reserve Service (RRS) should be credited/charged based on their telemetered Load Consumption as opposed to the currently prescribed methodology of using the telemetered RRS Ancillary Service Schedule.
