Description: This NPRR clarifies several Protocol sections related to ERS as follows: · Clarifies that there are four ERS service types following the approval of NPRR564, Thirty-Minute Emergency Response Service (ERS) and Other ERS Revisions, and NPRR571: Weather Sensitive ERS-10, Non-Weather Sensitive ERS-10, Weather Sensitive ERS-30 and Non-Weather Sensitive ERS-30. This also results in Protocol language that is easier to maintain going forward; · Corrects the ERS Settlement formulas relating to amounts procured per Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) in Section 6.6.11.1 (SPAMT and COMPAMT); · Clarifies the deployment duration time for Weather-Sensitive ERS Loads; andClarifies ERS Resource obligations during an ERS deployment.
