Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) adds additional billing determinants to clarify the Settlement calculations and to show distinction between the subscript (m), which denotes a Supplemental Ancillary Services Market (SASM) and subscript (rs) used to describe a Reconfiguration SASM (RSASM). NPRR589, Ancillary Service Offers in the Supplemental Ancillary Services Market, did not fully describe all of the Settlement equations that are needed to implement the concept of separate Market Clearing Prices for Capacity (MCPCs) under a SASM or RSASM. This NPRR adds the missing Settlement equations to the Protocols as built into the ERCOT systems.
Reason: Other: ERCOT has identified additional billing determinants that are required to fully implement RSASM participation into the market.
