Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) removes the 180-day expiration of Protected Information status for raw and Adjusted Metered Load (AML) data (demand and energy) identifiable to a Customer or ESI ID. The Protected Information status of raw and AML data (demand and energy) identifiable to a specific Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) or Load Serving Entity (LSE) shall continue to expire 180 days after the applicable Operating Day. |
