| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) changes the eligibility check for the startup portion of the Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC) Make-Whole Payment. Resources with lead times longer than six hours may submit a Settlement dispute to have their Resource-specific startup times considered when determining eligibility for Startup Costs to be included in the RUC Make-Whole Payment calculation. |
