Description: This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR), clarifies Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) language to clarify the use of the ADR process subsequent to an appeal of ERCOT denial of verifiable costs in accordance with Verifiable Cost Manual Section 12, Appealing Rejected Verifiable Costs. In addition, revisions are proposed to Section 1, Overview, to clarify the confidentiality of data submitted in connection with a verifiable cost appeal.
