| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) enables ERCOT to automatically prepopulate Current Operating Plans (COPs) for Wind-powered Generation Resources (WGRs) and PhotoVoltaic Generation Resources (PVGRs) with most recent forecast for the next 168 hours. ERCOT would continue to require Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) representing WGRs or PVGRs to either submit the prepopulated forecast as COP by default or submit a lower number as applicable. |
