Section 5.5.2, Reliability Unit Commitment (RUC) Process, is revised to be much more specific as to how to manage fast-starting Resources in RUC under conditions in which they are disqualified per the compliance metric in paragraph (4) of Section 8.1.2, Current Operating Plan (COP) Performance Requirements. |
