| Description: | This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) proposes new criteria for determining whether a Point-to-Point (PTP) Obligation with Links to an Option bid is eligible to be awarded based on the Current Operating Plan (COP) Resource Status of the Resource at the Resource Node where the bid sources. Such a bid will not be eligible for award if it sources at a Resource with a COP Resource Status of OUT, or a COP Resource Status of OFF and the Resource is not offered into the Day-Ahead Market (DAM). |
