Description: This Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) revises the Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) Shadow Price cap that is used in Security Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) for base case constraints from $5,000/MWh to $9,251/MWh. Base case transmission constraints include GTCs. This revision also updates the associated examples in Section 3.5, Generic Values for the Transmission Network System-Wide Shadow Price Caps in SCED, and makes an administrative edit to a Protocol reference.
