This Other Binding Document Revision Request (OBDRR) creates a process by which Market Participants will be required by the Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) to successfully test retail transactions prior to their Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) being activated in a TDSP’s production system. This pre-production verification will provide TDSP(s) reassurances of Market Participant’s production readiness based upon successful testing utilizing current transaction operating systems and processors.
