Description:
This Operating Guide Revision Request (OGRR) proposes language so that in the unlikely event of an ERCOT System shut down, ERCOT will return 90% of ERCOT peak load to pre-disturbed condition at or near 48 hours if a viable solution is available. This OGRR is a companion to PRR722, 48 Hour Restoration.
