Description:	This OGRR deletes obsolete references to Back-to-Back (BtB) import capacity from the list of tasks ERCOT is responsible for under Emergency Electric Curtailment Plan (EECP) Step 1. It also replaces references to a "unit" in the EECP Steps with the defined term "Resource," and makes minor language corrections consistent with previous revisions to the ERCOT Protocols made pursuant to PRR726, DC Tie Scheduling Clarifications, which became effective on October 1, 2007.
Reason:	To align the Operating Guides with the ERCOT Protocols by revising and deleting language previously removed from or revised in Protocol Section 5.6.7, EECP Steps, through PRR726.
