| Description: | This Operating Guide Revision Request (OGRR) establishes a requirement for Wind-powered Generation Resources (WGRs) to telemeter a Real Time signal indicating the Real Time Production Potential (RTPP) which will be a function of wind and turbine availability at the time. |
