| Description: | This Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) incorporates portions of the ERCOT Regional Planning Group Charter and Procedures (RPG) Charter related to the Transmission Project Information and Tracking (TPIT) report into the Planning Guide. |
| Reason: | The Planning Working Group (PLWG) recommends that this language be moved from the RPG Charter and into the Planning Guide to ensure transparency of this important part of the planning process and to provide for a structured change process to ensure that modification to the process is reviewed and approved by the ERCOT Board. |
