Description:
Permits load control or load management programs involving small energy consumers (under 1 MW) to provide a balancing-up load (BUL) without the requirement that interval data recorders (IDRs) be installed on all of the participating energy consumers. A sampling approach, consistent with ERCOTs load profiling requirements for direct load control programs, shall suffice.
