| Description: | Allow approval to grant a temporary modification to the Annual Validation process by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). |
| Reason: | Currently the Load Profiling Guide (LPG), which contains the steps for the Annual Validation process, is approved by the TAC. Any permanent changes to the Annual Validation process would be made to the LPG and final approval stops at TAC. However, a temporary modification to the Annual Validation process must be approved by the ERCOT Board. This revision would allow TAC to have the final approval for both permanent and temporary modifications to the Annual Validation process. |
