Description: | This Protocol Revision Request (PRR) revises existing Protocol language to facilitate Demand Response (DR) program(s) implementation. |
Reason: | The Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) issued an order in Project No. 31418, Rulemaking Related To Advanced Metering which encourages DR for mass market Premises. Some Market Participants (MPs) are actively developing a pilot project for DR. These revisions are to meet the desired target of implementation of DR functionality in ERCOT Systems by summer of 2008. |
