Reason:
Section VII. C is revised to reflect a process change implemented by AEP regarding disconnection requests for Critical Care customers. An additional clarification has been made to reflect the TX SET code used to communicate the complete unexecutable status of a disconnection request. An additional reference to the PUCT rules and tariffs has been added.
