| Description: | This PRR introduces revisions to Section 7.11, Mass Customer Transition Process. Several sections were updated, modified and some areas language was deleted where needed in the Retail Market Guide (RMG) to reflect current Market processes and procedures during a mass transition event. |
| Reason: | To support the changes submitted in PRR670, First Available Switch Date (FASD) for Switch Requests where Customer no notification is required based upon the event and PUCT Rules, the current Retail Market Guide (RMG) Section 7.11, Mass Customer Transition Process would also require changes to bring both documents in line preventing any discrepancies or issues. |
