| Description: | Protocol Section 18.6.1 mandates installation of an IDR for specific ESI IDs once the mandatory requirements criteria have been met, however the Retail Market Guide (RMG) Section 7.13.2.2 provides an optional process by using the word "may" creating a gap and a conflict between the two documents for the same process. This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) is being submitted to close the gap and remove the conflicting information between Protocol Section 18.6.1 and RMG Section 7.13.2.2. |
