Description: This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) allows for the Impact Analysis of RMGRRs that are limited to Point to Point transactions or processes between Competitive Retailers (CRs) and Transmission Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) that have no impact to ERCOT to be reviewed and approved by the Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) at the RMS meeting at which the RMGRR is first considered.
Reason: This RMGRR allows for the Impact Analysis of RMGRRs that involve CRs and TDSPs only in their Point to Point transactions or processes to be reviewed and approved by RMS at the same meeting, allowing the RMGRR to proceed through the stakeholder process without being delayed until the next RMS meeting.
