Description: | This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) updates the Retail Market Guide (RMG) to specify that the Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) count in the Customer Billing Contact Information (CBCI ) file refers to the active Retail Electric Provider (REP) of Record . |
Reason: | This RMGRR clarifies that when Competitive Retailers (CRs) submit their CBCI file to ERCOT, the file should contain only those ESI IDs that they are the active REP of Record for and should not contain any Continuous Service Agreements (CSAs). |
