Description:	This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) adds a new section that describes the process and file format for submitting Advanced Meter interval data for provisioned Advanced Metering System (AMS) meters.
Reason:	This RMGRR provides the process for submitting interval data to ERCOT for provisioned AMS meters as required in Protocol Section 19.7, Advanced Meter Interval Data Format and Submission.
