| Description: | This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) is cleanup for the following items:Sections 7.4.1.1 and 7.10.2 removes references to 814_22, CSA CR Move In Request. Sections 7.16.4.3.2, 7.17.3.3.2, Appendix J4 & J5 to allow the current Continuous Service Agreement (CSA) Retail Electric Provider (REP) of record to sign the Continuous Service Agreement Statement without also requiring the signature of the property manager or an authorized representative of the property. |
| Reason: | This RMGRR removes a reference to the 814_22 transaction to correct an inaccurate transactional process, and provides for a better Customer experience by removing unnecessary additional signatures to the Continuous Service Agreement Statement. |
