| Description: | This Resource Registration Glossary Revision Request (RRGRR) amends the Glossary to accommodate registration of Settlement Only Energy Storage Systems (SOESSs), proposing to require the same level of registration detail for an SOESS that is required for Energy Storage Resources (ESRs) under RRGRR023, Related to NPRR1002, BESTF-5 Energy Storage Resource Single Model Registration and Charging Restrictions in Emergency Conditions. This RRGRR should be implemented simultaneously with NPRR995. |
