Aggregate Zonal Unit-Specific Incremental (up) Deployments by Category, including zonal aggregate OOM deployments. This information will be available in real-time via portal posting and XML query, every 15 minutes, for the relevant future interval (currently the interval ending 35 minutes later), whether or not there is, or forecasted to be, zonal or local congestion.

Reason:
QSEs desire increased transparency of ERCOT operations and, accordingly, the timely availability of real-time operating data. The ERCOT QSE Project Managers™ Working Group has identified a basic set of operating data €œData Requiremenâ€?) that is still not available to the market. The Working Group has requested ERCOT make the data available as expeditiously as possible. This System Change Request formally responds, in part, to the Working Grp’s informal request of ERCOT in February 2002 (see February meeting minutes of QSE Project Manars’ Working Group)
