| Reason: | Market efficiencies and enhancements. Per the recommended follow-up actions in the Texas Reliability Entity's "Final Draft Report to NERC on the Follow-Up Actions for the September 8, 2011 Southwestern Blackout Recommendations," as presented to ROS on 8/16/12, this SCR will enhance the situational awareness of ERCOT TOs and allow for visibility of the Real-Time model and data that is provided by TSPs and used by ERCOT. |
