Operational/System Impact: CR will need to develop different processes to handle each TDSP’s procedure for this same scenario, which can be costly and misinterpreted when billing the Retail customer.
Market Impact: Inconsistencies in market processes represent issues for each CR and eventually their Retail Customer.
Desired Outcome: Design a common method so that all TDSPs can understand and develop to accommodate consistency for this scenario
