Since the current POLR Rule Project 31416 is scheduled for approval on 5/25/06 this issue may be resolved via the adopted language in rule. TX SET will revisit this document at that time.

Description:
The market currently relies on a manual workaround that requests POLRs to submit 814_01 transactions on behalf of the Dropping CR. This enhancement would allow the Dropping CR to initiate a Drop to POLR and effectuate accomplish these drops when they would desire to.
Reason:
If a drop transaction were to be in place all requests could be accommodated on requested date by the drop requesting CR.
