Capture all of the TX SET changes to be made as a result of the revisions to the Pro-Forma Retail Delivery Tariff under PUCT Project 29637.
Reason:
Replacement Code: Corrected meter data must be identified with a Replacement Code (810_02 and 867_03).
Customer Information: All CR’s (regardless of Service Order Option) shall send 814_PCs.
Consecutive Meter Estimates: Counters shall be added to the 867_03 to indicate the number of consecutive estimates (due to denial of access) at a premise.
Disconnection for Denial of Access: A new reason code shall be used on the 650_01 and 650_02 when requesting disconnection or reconnection due to a customer’s excessive denial of access to the meter.
Remittances: Clarifying language shall be added to the 820_02 Implementation Guide regarding the timeframe by which the 820_02 and 810_02 must be received by the TDSP in order to avoid a late fee.
