The investigation found that there is no impact to other elements and it would take ERCOT at a minimum 50 hours to change averaging 1 (one) hour per Implementation Guide. TX SET agree that the value obtain may not be worth the time it would take to change all of the guides to the new format, therefore we would recommend that this item be closed.

The current How to Use this Implementation Guide page does not provide detail on the number of times each loop used by Texas SET.
Reason:
The current How to Use page does not provide enough information on the number of times each loop in used in a transaction. For example, the 814_01 table on the How to Use page only list the N1 Loop once and states that it can be used more than once. It would be much more useful to folks reading the guide to know the number of times that the N1 Loop is actually used.
