Consensus was that ERCOT should only be counting active service instances. RMGRR is necessary to update language to specify CRs should only be providing information for ESI IDs for which they are currently the REP of Record and ERCOT should only be counting those ESI IDs for their report to the PUCT. ERCOT will draft the RMGRR for review at the next meeting.
