Only 1 ignore loop in monthly meter read transactions causing information to be lost when a meter change occurs.
Next Step:
This is a bigger fix than a SIR so will have to be worked as a project. ERCOT believes that we should move forward with fixing the 867_03 to provide the DG in the PTD~SU with a new meter type for DG as we previously discussed in the market in the DGTF.

Possible solution discussed on 2/23 is the best short-term solution but Texas SET asks that ERCOT research being able to handle any additional loops regarding DRG during a meter exchange.
Possible solution -- When a meter exchange is involved, TDSP may continue to generate meter reads with DRG separated by meter but once a reject is received they will resend 867 with separate consumption by meter and combine generation into one loop. TDSPs will research what option is most viable for their system.

Description:
The market process flow for allowing only 1 ignore loop in a monthly meter read transactions causes information to be lost when a meter change occurs thus causing delays in reporting the monthly meter read transactions.
Reason:
A manual work around to total the energy out-flow must be performed and the transaction re-dropped to ERCOT. This causes as delay in getting settlement volumes for both the in-flow consumption and out-flow generation into ERCOT settlement.
